When a Level One (1) fire ban is in effect, all burn permits are suspended, no new burn permits will be issued, and no open air fires are allowed other than:

Campfires
Enclosed barbeques fueled by propane or charcoal
Outdoor furnaces
Fireworks with extreme caution
